Coaching

Life can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain. Through the online coaching sessions, we go on a journey to explore what you need to overcome these challenges.

We will learn to look at difficult thoughts and feelings with a more accepting, observing, and compassionate stance. For this, we can draw inspiration from the natural world, where it’s often easier for us to observe without judgment.

 

 In our sessions, there will be a safe environment to be as you are.  

 

By using different techniques from ACT, CBT, Mindfulness, and Forest therapy we will navigate towards more resilience, authenticity, and contentment.
